When a Client (Lead Employer) is running a learnership programme, they can opt to have the learners work at their premises to gain workplace experience or work at another employer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Some Lead Employers don\u2019t have capacity to have the learners at their premises and need Host Employers who will ensure that the learner is gaining the required workplace experience and skills in a safe working environment.<\/span><\/p>\n
